The breakfast offered GREAT variety!!! I saw fresh fruit and local pastries. The staff were helpful with directions. They also arranged transportation to local attractions.

the staff WAS friendly. The riad had a rooftop area, I liked it. Breakfast included fresh juice and pastries, it was tasty.
the doorman was sometimes absent, there were delays. The service felt impersonal, i stayed five nights. There WAS no personal apology for the inconvenience, just a note.

the riad featured authentic moroccan decor, immediately transporting me. mornings began with breakfast in the peaceful courtyard, a perfect way to start my days. the team thoughtfully created a new year's eve atmosphere, hosting drinks for all guests, i found it a nice touch.
one morning, i experienced exclusively cold water. this made for an uncomfortable start to the day. it needed to be addressed promptly.

friendly staff great care absent doormen short message
the staff was super friendly. abdul took great care of us. he greeted us and then walked us to our taxi when it was time to leave. azudin and rahim were also attentive.
one night the doormen was absent. i waited over 30 minutes. no one apologized in person. they just wrote a short message.

The breakfast was amazing. There was a wide variety including pancakes, bread rolls, juice, and tea. The staff, especially Azzedine, provided excellent service. The Riad is located in the heart of the Medina. It is very peaceful and close to shops.
One evening, the doorman was absent. I waited over 30 minutes until a neighbor helped me find him. They did apologize via message. It felt impersonal despite staying multiple nights.

dark wood seating area sunbathing bed solo traveller
the riad shows traditional decor with dark wood. i saw seating areas both outdoor and on the first floor. the rooftop had sunbathing beds with umbrellas. staff escorted me and helped me navigate, i felt safe AS a solo traveller.
the doormen was not always there. i waited over 30 minutes one night.

Authentic Riad Experience!
prompt response warm welcome decorated room tasty breakfast
The staff provided prompt responses and a warm welcome upon arrival. My room was quite large and beautifully decorated. I found a selection of mini bread rolls, pancakes, fresh juice, and tea during breakfast, and everything tasted great. The location is very convenient with easy access to markets.
The lighting in the room was slightly dim.
